Privacy Policy

Last updated:07/31/2026 ·  Effective: 07/31/2026

Rogers Managed Services, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at www.rogersmanaged.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use it, and what rights you have.

The short version: we do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or session recording on this site, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you fill out a form on this site or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send. Typically that is your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested. These logs include your IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. Logs exist for security and troubleshooting, not for marketing or profiling.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. Our website platform may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working, for example to maintain your session or remember a form submission. These are not used to build a profile of you or to follow you across other websites.

What we do not collect

No advertising or ad-network trackers

No third-party analytics or remarketing pixels

No session recording, keystroke capture, or heatmapping

No device fingerprinting

No precise geolocation data

No sensitive personal information as defined by applicable privacy laws

No information from children under 13. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

3. How we use information

To answer your questions and provide the services you request

To maintain the security and reliability of the website

To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent when you contact us voluntarily, our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, performance of a contract where one exists, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not trade or rent it to anyone.

We disclose information only to:

Service providers that operate the site on our behalf, such as our web host and email provider. They may process information only to deliver their service to us.

Legal and safety recipients, when we are required to respond to a lawful request, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

A successor entity, if the business is merged, acquired, or sold. We will post notice on this page before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

5. Data retention

Form submissions and email correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our recordkeeping obligations, then deleted. Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule, generally a matter of weeks.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to submitted information to the people who need it, and we take commercially reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, obtain a copy in a portable format, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent you previously gave. You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

California residents

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information, and do not collect sensitive personal information, there is nothing to opt out of and we do not maintain a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. Should that ever change, we will update this policy and add the required link before making the change.

Global Privacy Control

We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC). Since we do not sell or share personal information, a GPC signal does not change how this site behaves.

Making a request

Email steven@rogersmanaged.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it. We respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days under California law and 30 days under the GDPR.

Complaints

Contact us first and we will try to resolve the issue. You may also complain to your data protection authority. In California that is the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General. In the EU or UK, it is your national supervisory authority.

8. Links to other sites

This site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Review the policy of any site you visit.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will update the dates at the top. Please check back periodically.
